From what I heard — which may or may not be reliable — she did originally have tights but they were scrapped becausr too many fanbois were all like, “Herp derp pants lawls” and too many feminists were like, “OMG slut shaming cut it out.” So basically it’s one massive case of DC Not Fucking Getting It, with all attendant capital letters.
